I received this book from the publisher on NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.
I have never watched the TV show but I’ve seen enough clips to understand what is going on.
This graphic novel was filled with humour and that unwittingly awesome plot line that at times may seem confusing but I found genius. The writing was amazing and had me cackling like a crazy person at 3am in the morning. My favourite story in this was the one where they go on this ride and time stops for a while. It made no sense and I loved every second of it.
Gene is my favourite character in this book and I adored his Rhymey Rhymes that could be songs. They seemed to be pretty well thought out. All in all, this was an amazing read and I can’t wait to watch the show now.
